Akila Krishnakumar has been a great and very silent (behind the scenes supporter of UWA of Bangalore.

She has always been encouraging of our activities and has regularly supported the UWAB Computer Training Center through donations of computers and recently very good chairs from her organization SunGard. She is a strong sounding board for us and without any pressure gives us ideas and ways to move ahead.

Akila has made a personal contribution to the new hostel project and we gratefully acknowledge the same.

Having known Akila in a professional capacity for many years, many of us can truly share how very inclusive her policies are. when gender inclusivity is becoming a buzz in the industry only now Akila is years ahead. Policies are uniform and applicable to all. She believes that women are very capable and have a lot to offer in the work place.
