Dear Geeta,

As promised, please find enclosed, cheque for Rs. 40,000/- for UWA’s Hostel. As you are aware, my Mother and I have been great admirers of this cause of UWA, and have seen the benefits the Working women’s Hostel near Double Road have brought since the early 80’s. I would like to make this donation to the UWA on behalf of my Mother, Ramya Gopinathan Nayar who has been a Founding Member of UWA Cochin, and has served in various capacities in the UWA since the early 60’s.

We would keenly await the progress of this hostel and hope that it would be able to bring success and rewards to many aspiring women professionals.
