UWA has  invested approximately Rs.20 lakhs in the cost of leasehold land at HAL III Stage , Plan Sanction Fees, PWD fees , Bank interest and other related costs (not included in the amount of Rs.285 lakhs above), from own funds,  and donations received from well-wishers.
